  7. I made your breakfast today and it was a BOMB! I also added some walnuts. I only had one complain — it was too sweet. 😀 And I thought I had a sweet tooth before doing Whole30 and then switching to paleo. Thank you so much for the recipe, I already can't wait to make it tomorrow again. 🙂

    My favorite part was watching you not stab the olives with a knife but instead scoop them without using a spoon. Lol.

    Wow! How many different items do you use in one meal? So many boxes,jars and bags of stuff.
    I don’t think the cave people had access to these items.🤔

    I would like a plan were I don’t have to buy 10,000 different items or spend a $1,000 to get
    started. I would like to use the same foods till ime finished with them. Not open up
    different cans and boxes each day.🤔

    Is the gelatin you use vegan? I can't have anything from a cow (dairy, beef, gelatin) and I don't like to use gelatin if it isn't vegan in case. Thanks!

  18. You MUST try lea and Perrin's sauce in the shepherd's pie. One thing I've discovered recently which I love is coconut flour! I add it to natural yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast with a few dates and walnuts. Jx

  19. I’m doing paleo for the 2nd time & came across ur vid. I’m someone who doesn’t eat a huge amount so watching how much u eat in a day was unreal. I’ve got app 35kg to lose & im trying to snack more & increase my food intake but finding it very difficult. I’ve only had 2 meals today & feel so sick & full. I’ve also had a really achy tummy ache since I started 2 days ago. Didn’t hav this problem last year.
    Any tips or suggestions??

  20. sweet potatoes and peas are NOT paleo. its starch and starchs are bad on paleo. I would use mashed parsnips instead of taters or cauliflower. that being said the pumpkin porreidge looked awesome. nom nom.
